Open Purchase

We offer 30 days return policy on unused and unopened packages. You, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Do you want to use open purchase, return the goods properly packed together with a receipt and a note that you want to use open 

purchase. We will refund money to you within 10 days.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery by DHL Parcel as described below. Orders usually sent within 1-3 days. For delivery to inaccessible areas in the country deliveries can be delayed by 1 extra day. You have the right as a customer to cancel the purchase in case of late delivery.

Complaints

We guarantee that the goods you receive are free of defects upon delivery. If you receive a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible and describe, in detail, what the error/faults are. You have one year warranty on all new products unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you need to claim warranty! We pay return postage for the return of goods due to complaint, if you refer to our complaint number that you will receive from us, unless the customer is paying the shipping cost yourself. We will not collect packages sent to us with receiver fee without our written permission! In case of disagreement, our policy is to comply with the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations

You have the right to open the packaging to verify that the product works.
