Error message "No loop signal"

The error message "No loop signal" is shown when the Automower® doesn't pick up the loop signal from the boundary cable. Always start by checking the charging station Indicator light. If all the loops are working properly the charging station will have an unblinking green light.

Usual causes::

• The charging station is out of power. The power supply unit may be disconnected from the wall outlet or one of the house fuses may have blown.
• The boundary wire is damaged, for example when you were gardening.
• The boundary wire isn't properly connected to the charging station.
• ECO mode is activated (a function on some models manufactured after 2013).
