How often should the battery be changed?
Typically, an original battery will last anywhere from four to six seasons, depending on how many hours the robotic mower has been working.

Step 1: Turn your Automower over. Unscrew the six marked screws to remove the battery cover. | Step 2: Remove the battery cover and unscrew the two marked screws to remove the battery holder. |
![]() Step 3: Disconnect the two battery connectors and remove the old battery. | Step 4: Insert the new battery and plug in the connectors. Then screw the battery holder back on. |
Step 5: Replace the battery cover and tighten the six marked screws. |
No programming is required after installing a new battery. Just use your lawnmower as usual.
