If the keypad is defective, it is usually indicated by the mower not responding to button presses — sometimes only certain keys stop working. Before replacing the keypad, we recommend disassembling the mower and disconnecting and reconnecting the keypad connector, as well as inspecting the display connection point for any signs of oxidation or damage.
